Pricing
Flat fees. No hourly billing, at any tier.
Every price below is agreed before work starts. You will never receive an invoice you did not see coming, and you will never be charged for asking a question.
As of September 2026, these are the lowest published flat fees we have found for an attorney-reviewed NDA and for a monthly commercial-contract desk in the United States. Most providers do not publish prices; if you find a published lower one, tell us and we will say so here.
Pay per document
For occasional work, or to try us on one contract.
Put us on a desk
Cancel monthly. Most clients move here after two or three one-offs.
The desk tiers
Tiers scale with volume, not with features.
We do not hold back the good service for the expensive plan. A company doing eight contracts a month pays less than one doing forty, and both get the same attorney, the same turnaround and the same negotiation support.

3.1Fees for the Services shall be billed at the hourly rates set out in Schedule A, in six-minute increments, plus disbursementsa flat monthly fee of $2,500, inclusive of all commercial contract review and negotiation described in Schedule A. Estimates are non-binding.The fee does not change with the number of documents or questions.
Why flat
Hourly billing makes every question a purchase decision, and the predictable result is that people stop asking. The contracts that most need a second look get the least attention, because nobody wants to see the invoice. A flat fee inverts that: the more you send, the better we understand your business and the faster the work gets.
It also means our incentive is to close your deal quickly, not to spend time on it.
Litigation and disputes
If a contract goes wrong and ends up in front of a court or arbitrator, that is a separate engagement with separate pricing.
Financings and M&A
Priced as a project. We will tell you before starting, not after.
Regulated licensing
Available through Icon Partners across 40+ jurisdictions, quoted separately per matter.
Extraordinary volume
“Unlimited routine” means normal commercial flow for a company your size. If your volume triples, we will talk about the tier before we start declining work.
Filing fees and third-party costs
Passed through at cost, with the invoice attached.
Non-US law outside the network
We cover 40+ jurisdictions. If you need one we do not, we will say so rather than improvise.
